Zen

Zen
  • Zentherapy releases the natural form of the body from the aberrations caused by physical, chemical, psychological and spiritual traumas.

  • It is the goal of Zentherapy for both the practitioner and the client to become as a child: free of fear, hate, greed and pain.

  • Zen therapy recognizes that from birth to death, life is flow of energy.

  • Throughout the Zentherapy trainings, special emphasis is placed upon the self development of the practitioner and the development of the client.

How does it work?

Zentherapy has a recipe for processing the body. Many different methods and techniques are used to achieve the desired results: Raymond Nimmo's trigger points work, Lauren Berry Work, Ida Rolf's Structural Integration, Moshe Feldenkrais's Functional Integration and Energy Work of Tanouye Rotaishi.

There are 10 Body therapy sessions of 45 minutes each. Each session follows a structure for unwrapping, aligning and balancing the human structure.

Each session is a continuation of the work done in the previous session. For most people one session per week seems to work out best. There are 10 custom exercises that match the ten sessions. The goal of this work is to reverse the aging process and rejuvenate the client's body, mind and spirit.

These powerful techniques are used to totally re-align the body. Throughout a series of treatments, the connective tissue is released and much of the misalignment caused by gravity, injury and age is reversed.

In the process, Chronic Postural problems are often significantly relieved and the body is noticeably rejuvenated. After a course of treatments, posture, appearance and the figure improve, sometimes dramatically.

Explanation of method

Enlightenment or discovery of the real mind is achieved through cleaning up all the mental blockages created by the illusory mind. The illusory mind is our consciousness. It has two sides, the knowing and the not-knowing. The knowing side is cognition, memorization and thinking. The not-knowing side is the absence of these functions.

In order to clean up both sides, first, we use the not-knowing to clean up the knowing. When all the knowing (i.e. cognition, memorization, thinking) is cleaned up, the not-knowing will suddenly rid itself by itself. This could happen at any moment. When it does, it is sudden enlightenment.
